My daughter is 4 months old and wears size 6-9 months; I ordered this in size 6-12 months and it is much too large. This probably fits according to actual age, however, I ordered according to her current clothing size and it is way too big. So definitely consider either ordering in their exact age bracket or sizing down. The material is super soft, thick cotton and feels really comfy and warm. It is so cute! When I first put this on her I giggled because it’s so sweet and silly. I can’t wait until she is old enough to eat real food, so I can take her out for an egg breakfast while she wears it :)
